ID: A combination of letters, numbers or a combination of letters selected by the member and approved by the guide star to identify the member and use the service of the member 3. Password: To confirm the identity of the member and to protect the confidentiality of the member's own set of letters, numbers or a combination of both 4. Digital Contents: Non-profit related information provided by the website 5. Email: Mail over the Internet 6. Operator: A person selected by the guide star for overall management and smooth operation of the service 7. Termination: Indication that the guide star or member terminates the contract of use after opening the service ② The definition of terms excluding the terms in Paragraph 1 is in accordance with trading practices and related laws. Article 3 (Effect and Change of Terms) ① These Terms and Conditions shall become effective by posting them on the Guide Star website or by notifying the members in other ways. ② The guide star may change the contents of this agreement without any prior notice in case of any important reason for the purpose of the guide, and the changed terms will be effective when notified or notified in the same way as in paragraph 1. ③ If a member disagrees with the changed terms, he / she can request withdrawal from membership. If you continue to use the Service after the effective date of the changed Terms, you are deemed to have accepted the changes to the Terms. Article 4 (Rules Outside the Terms) The matters not specified in this agreement are subject to the provisions of the Telecommunications Basic Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Promotion of Information and Communication Network Utilization Act, and other relevant laws and regulations. Chapter 2 Service Use Contract Article 5 (Establishment of Use Contract) ① The use contract is established when the guide star approves the application of the member's use of the service. ② When applying for membership by the provision of Paragraph 1, the guide star must fill in the necessary items for membership management. Article 6 (Application for Use) ① Anyone who wishes to use the service by registering as a member shall make a request by recording the required information on the prescribed new membership application form requested by the guide star. ② Membership information on the online application form is considered to be actual data. Users who do not enter their real name or actual information can not be legally protected and may be restricted from using the service. Article 7 (Approval of application for use) ① Acceptance is made by the guide star notifying the applicant of the member ID and commencement of use of the service. ② The guide star will not accept the application for use if it falls under any of the following items: 1. I did not apply in my real name 2. Borrowing or stealing another person's name and applying for a nickname 3. If you have misrepresented or attached the contents of the membership application form 4. If the application is for violation of related laws or for the purpose of hindering the well-being of the society or the morals of the society 5. In case the application requirements set by other guide stars are not fulfilled ③ If the guide star falls under any of the following items, it may suspend the use acceptance until the reason is resolved, and the reasons are announced on the website. 1. Insufficient capacity of service related facilities 2. In case of technical or business difficulties 3. Any other guide star is deemed necessary Article 8 (Change of Use Agreement) ① Members can view and modify their personal information at any time through the personal information management system. ② The member must correct it online when the items listed at the time of application are changed, and the member is responsible for the problems caused by not changing the member information. Chapter 3 Service Provision and Use Article 9 (Service Use Time) ① The service is operated 24 hours a day as long as there is no other special circumstances such as the work of the guide star, technical problems, etc. ② Guide star can set the availability time of some services separately. In this case, we will notify you through service use guide. Article 10 (Member's post) The guide star can delete the contents without consent of the member if the member judges that the contents posted or registered by the member fall under any of the following subparagraphs. 1. Defamation of others by libel or slander other members or third parties. 2. In case of breach of public order and morals 3. When it is deemed to be connected with a criminal act 4. Infringe the copyright or other rights of a third party. 5. In violation of other related laws or guidelines Article 11 (Suspension and Restriction of Service Delivery) ① If you fall under any of the following, you may stop providing services. 1. Inevitable due to repair or construction of service equipment 2. If a telecommunications carrier specified in the Telecommunication Business Act terminates telecommunication services 3. Inevitable by natural disaster ② You may suspend or limit the service if there is any obstacle to the use of the service due to national emergency, disruption of the service facilities, or excessive use of the service. CHAPTER 4. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE CONTRACTOR Article 12 (obligations of guide star) ) ①Guide Star is committed to providing continuous and stable service. ② Guideline shall not disclose or distribute personal information of a member to a third party without his / her consent. However, the following cases are recognized as exceptions. 1. Where there is a request from the national agency pursuant to the provisions of the Act on the Basic Act on Telecommunications 2. If there is a criminal purpose for the crime or a request from the Information Communication Ethics Committee 3. If there is a request pursuant to the procedures set forth in other relevant laws and regulations Article 13 (Protection of Personal and Group Information) ① Guide star collects the minimum information necessary for collecting information of members. ② When collecting personal and group information of members, except for the following cases, we will get the member's consent. 1. If there are special provisions in the law ③ The guideline will be responsible for the damage caused by the use of the personal and group information by the third party without the consent of the member or the use of the member. Exceptions are made in the following cases. 1. If there are special provisions in the law 2. In cases where it is necessary for statistical writing, academic research or market research, and is provided in an unidentifiable form for a specific individual ④ Members can always ask for their information to be read, corrected or deleted, and the guide star should process the deletion immediately upon receiving the request. ⑤ GUIDE STAR shall limit personal and group information managers, minimize the number of operators, and take responsibility for loss, theft, leakage, alteration of personal and group information. ⑥ When the purpose of collecting personal information or the purpose for which it has been provided is accomplished, the individual and group information shall be disposed of without delay. Article 14 (Membership Obligations) ① Members shall not engage in any of the following acts when using the Service. 1. Misuse of other member's ID 2. To reproduce the information obtained from the service for purposes other than the use of the member without prior consent of the guide star, or to use it for publishing, broadcasting, or to provide it to a third party 3. Acts that infringe copyright of guide star, copyright of third party etc. 4. Distribution of information, sentences, figures, etc. that violate the public order and morals and customs to others. 5. Acts that are objectively judged to be connected with crime 6. Acts that violate other related laws ② Members must comply with the provisions of these Terms of Service and instructions for using the service or cautions. ③ Members shall observe the limitation of use posted by the guide star in the service announcement or separately announced by contents. ④ The member can not transfer or give the right of use of the service or other status of the contract of use to another person without express consent of the guide star and can not provide it as collateral. Chapter 5 Termination and Use Restrictions Article 15 (Termination of Contract and Use Restriction) ① If the member intends to terminate the use contract, the member himself / herself must apply for membership withdrawal to the guide star. ② The Guide Star may terminate the use contract or terminate the use of the service without prior notice if the member has performed one of the following items. 1. You have used personal or group information, ID and password of another person. 2. If your name is not a real name 3. If the same user double-registers with another ID 4. In the event of a defamation or disadvantage of others 5. Infringes the intellectual property rights of the Guide Star, other members or third parties. 6. In case of intentional dissemination of contents that are detrimental to public order and morals. 7. When a member plans or implements the use of the service for the purpose of impeding national interest or social public interest. 8. If you intentionally disturb the operation of the service 9. To transmit a large amount of information or to transmit advertisement information for the purpose of hindering the stable operation of the service
